(report) BLDC deputy secretary-general Lu Ping: For the time being the BLDC secretariat does not have any plan to open a sub-office in Shenzhen to facilitate drafting work. He estimates that the budget for the BLDC is Renmibi several hundred thousand yuans.
(report) NCNA HK director Xu Jiatun says on his return from Peking that he has not yet decided which BLDC sub-groups to
join.
