I refer to your letter of 16 July 1985 in which you applied for review of the Urban Council's decision to reject your application for issue of a Fixed Pitch (All Classes) Hawker Licence at Fixed Pitch 49 in Jardine's Crescent, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
Your application for review has been considered by the Markets & Street Traders Select Committee of the Urban Council, and I am directed to inform you that your application has been rejected by the Council.
If you have reasons to be dissatisfied with the above decision, you may in accordance with Section 125(10) of the Public Health & Municipal Services Ordinance, Cap. 132, appeal to the Governor in Council, Government Secretariat, Lower Albert Road. Hong Kong, by way of petition within 14 days after this notification.
