The Council considered memorandum XCC(85)166.

The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:

(a) that the Rating (Amendment) Bill

1986 at Annex A to

the

memorandum, should be introduced

into the Legislative Council; and

(b) that the resolution at Annex B

to the memorandum, should be

moved in the Legislative Council

after the passing into law of

the Bill at Annex A.
