(HONG KONG - CHINA AND MACAU FERRY TERMINALS) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 3) REGULATIONS 1985

The Council considered memorandum XCR (85) 242.

The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:

(a) under section 80 of the Shipping

and Port Control Ordinance, that

the Shipping and Port Control

(Hong Kong

China and Macau

Ferry Terminals) (Amendment)

(No. 3) Regulations

annexed

1985, as

to

the

memorandum,

should be made and take effect

from 6 a.m. on 15 January 1986;

and

(b) that the users

users should be warned

that berthing charges at the

permanent new Hong Kong China

Ferry Terminal are likely to be

substantially higher than at the

temporary terminal.
