Mr Christopher WONG Kim-kam will
become the Secretary General of the
Standing Commission on Civil Service
Salaries and Conditions of Service
when Mr Alan Bristow leaves the
civil service on completion of his
contract in May;
Mr Nicky CHAN Nai-keong, Secretary for.
Lands and Works, will be leaving
the Government on his retirement in
September;
Mr Graham Barnes, currently Secretary
for Municipal Services, will take
over from Mr Chan as Secretary for
Lands and Works;
Mr CHUI Kam, the Director of Urban
Services, will replace Mr Barnes and act
as Secretary for Municipal Services;
and
Mr Alex Purves, Deputy Director of
Urban Services, will act as Director
of Urban Services in Mr Chui's place.
