Mr Patrick Williamson, JP
Aged 44. Joined the civil service in November
1964. He has previously served in the former New
Territories Administration, as Administrative Secretary,
UMELCO, and in Security Branch as a Principal Assistant
Secretary and, later, as Deputy Secretary.
He was also
Commissioner for Recreation and Culture in the former
Recreation and Culture Department and has been in his present post of Deputy Secretary (Recreation and Culture), Municipal Services Branch since April 1985.
He was
promoted to his present rank of Administrative Officer
Staff Grade B in April 1978.
