I am sending to you, with this, a copy of the list of open seminars being arranged by Queen Elizabeth House this term, and a copy of a notice about some special lectures. It is of potential interest to more than one part of FCO; do you feel like making a judgement as to whether to copy further around your colleagues?
I am writing to find out a bit more about the one of 20 November. If it is intended to be about UK operations (I suspect not) I may well go to it.
