1985 Appeal for South East Asian Refugees

The Red Cross here is aware of the fund-raising effort being planned by the League. Morris Morgan does not wish to be involved because, he says, his costs are met by the UNHCR. He has no wish, therefore, to divert funds from other more deserving cases.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I think that we must stick with the Red Cross here and follow its advice.
