ROLE OF VOLUNTARY AGENCIES
Voluntary agency activities in each closed centre are
kept under review. In accordance with UNHCR guidelines
evangelism is not permitted. Attendance at any religious
service offered by a particular agency is strictly
voluntary on the part of the individual refugee.

ensures that such services are clearly
divorced from and additional to, the educational and
welfare services that voluntary agencies are employed to
provide.
