(iii) The Agency will also be entitled to charge a maximum service

charge of US$ 20.00 for each of the said persons transported to resettlement country.

(b) Medicals

The Agency will be entitled to charge for medical examinations with the proviso that the average does not exceed a charge of US$ 12.00 per person to be resettled. This will include bus transportation to and from medical examinations at the maximum fixed rate of US$ 1.00 per person.

It is understood that such costs will be drawn from UNHCR funds made available to the Agency under this project.

Implementation Procedures

The Agency will arrange for the refugees' transportation, as requested by the High Commissioner, or in particular circumstances by a duly authorized third party, as may subsequently be agreed upon by the parties to the present agreement and will submit to UNHCR, for approval as at the end of each month, a nominal roll of persons transported.

The Agency will arrange for the medical and X-ray examination of groups who are to be resettled, excluding Australia and Canada, in accordance with para 3(b) above.

Where applicable and feasible and unless otherwise instructed by UNHCR, the Agency will arrange for a promissory note to be signed by or on behalf of each person to be transported, guaranteeing reimbursement to the Agency of a loan made from UNHCR's equity. However, in the case of unaccompanied minors, refugees of 60 years and over, and physically or mentally disabled refugees and their accompanying family members, this will automatically be waived.

The Agency will submit to UNHCR on a monthly basis:

(a) a financial statement showing funds spent and numbers moved to each resettlement country during the preceding month, together with a nominal roll of persons transported;

(b) a report on the number of persons medically examined and X-rayed and on the total costs involved when giving the financial position of the project as at the end of each month, broken down as follows:
