Thank you for your letter of 8 March. From our records Lord Ennals has written to the Americans, Canadians and New Zealanders as well as the Australians. So far only the Australians and Canadians seem to have replied, and I enclose a copy of the Canadian response. Lord Ennals seems to be circulating the replies within the PRC, and if as a result we see any others I will pass them on to you.
