I am pleased to inform you that I have no objection to the cccupation of the area shown edged pink on the attached plan by British Forces for the purpose of the erection of military radio rebroadcast facilities associated with anti illegal immigrant operations currently in force.
(1)
This consent is given subject to the following conditions:
Government will not be held liable for interference from other signals within the area to the rebroadcast station, or fren tranmission lines, nor should the rebroadcast station interfere with any other signals within the area.
(2) Adequate precautions should be taken by you to ensure the
site is not affected by soil erosion, or the adjoining areas are not damaged in any way and that general fire precautions are taken.
(3) The erections on site should be as existing and no
additional structures should be allowed without prior approval of this Office.
(4)
Encroachment on adjoining area should be kept to the minimum as the entire site is designated the West Sai Kung Country Park.
(5)
Access should always be made available to the trig, station and that no interference with this station will be permitted.
