* CPPCC loal delegate Ho Sai-chu: China is looking for local representatives to sit on the Basic Law drafting and consultative committees.
Source: The membership of the Basic Law drafting committee will be announced between August and October. The consultative committee will be formed within three months after the drafting committee is set
up.
* CPPCC delegate T.K. Ann It is expected that membership of the Basic Law drafting and consultative committees will be announced by the end of June or early July. The Basic Law should not be too detailed but must stipulate the "one country, two systems" plan.
