mutual aid committees and Kaifong associations, should set up concerned groups to study the Basic Law.
HK Belongers Association chairman Sze Chusian: Members of the Basic Law consultative committee should be selected through nominations and by invitations.
SCM Post: Mr Pok Shau-fu will understandably not join the consultative committee as he is a member of Taiwan's Legislative Yuan. Any Taiwan presence on the committee that is
expected to be headed by a pro-Peking member may
