Tin Tin Daily News: people are bound to be excluded from the

consultative committee as there should be limit to the group's size. But people who are excluded from the group should be broad-minded and should understand that those who are to sit on the group are capable people who are concerned with the well-being of HK.

The HK Commercial Daily: The best way of forming the consultative committee is through democratic consultation. A simple voting system should not be used in

traditional Chinese

medicine will enjoy equal status with practitioners of Western medicine after 1997.
