various community sectors". This is so because in categorising
the members under different community
sectors, there is a
danger that a particular sector or sectors may be missed out.
* Drafting committee member Liu Yiu-chu: Terms such as "democratic consultation", "nomi- nation" and "invitation" have been mentioned time and again when people express views on the method to choose the consultative committee members but the exact meanings of these terms have not been clearly defined.
