In the latter half of 1989, the Drafting Committee

will base on the views collected to amend the draft Basic

Law, and will submit it to the National People's Congress

for examination and announcement in the first half of 1990.

The foregoing is merely a rought idea of the working programme

and the procedure if the drafting work. It has to be revised and

adjusted according to developments in the progress of actual work.
