received Royal Assent. Precise date of ratification not yet fixed but must be before 30

Joint Liaison Group and Land Commission will be established once agreement has come into force.

10. Although it has yet to be announced, dates for Premier Zhao's
visit will be 2 8 June. Programme planning is still at an early
stage. Your interest in the visit is being borne in mind and there
will certainly be an occasion at which Premier Zhao will be present
and in which you will be able to participate.
