White Paper on the Draft Hong Kong (British Nationality) Order 1986.
Further to my FAX No. 046, following for your onward transmission to the FCO are copies of the Attorney General and Martin Lee's speeches and the English translation of HUI Yin-fat's speech. Three members had spoken on the nationality subject in the Policy Debate 1985 held on 27 November. Relevant extracts of their speeches are also enclosed. Grateful if copies could be passed to the FCO.
