"British Overseas citizen" includes a British

Overseas citizen under the Hong Kong (British)

Nationality) Order 1985;

in section 51(3) (meaning of "citizen of United

Kingdom and Colonies" in certain contexts), at the

end of paragraph (a)(ii) there shall be inserted

the words "or who under the Hong Kong (British

Nationality) Order 1985 is a British National

(Overseas)" and at the end of paragraph (b) there

shall be inserted the words "nor a British National

(Overseas)".

(8) The enactments specified in Schedule 2 to this Order

shall have effect subject to the amendments there specified,

being amendments consequential on the provisions of this Order.
