Pursuant to the above, we formally request that a meeting be held immediately to discuss this proposal as an alternative to the existing proposed local and border access provisions. We would appreciate it if you could assist us in arranging such a meeting as soon as possible to seriously discuss this matter of urgent importance of the present and eventual future residents of San Tin.
