Mr. F.K. HU:- Is the Financial Secretary satisfied that the teams of

government inspectors have been given adequate training in the

The Financial Secretary:- Sir, I am not easily satisfied on such subjects

as training and skills and I believe that those involved in this task

are skilled and have received proper training. Of course, it can be

improved further, that is the task we are now engaged upon.
