irs. Fan : As I understand it, the Financial Secretary accepted

some of the arguments forwarded which are against the introduction

of offshore interests and in his Budget speech he in fact referred

to this and that he will be thinking of making some adjustments

according to these representations. Could the Financial Secretary

inform us what effect it will have on this estimate of $350 million ?
