CHEONG Nem-chuen :- Jir, in the secretary's reply that the report will be
suomitted to Government, may I ask whether within that particular retort there
would be a full analysis of cost benefit to the community as a whole of whatever
measures undertaken?
Secretary for Education and unpower :- I don't think I can answer that off
the cuff as the report las not yet been submitted but I will write to hr. SIDO,3
within the next few days witll as much answer as can give.
