Dr. HO :- As inexperienced workers are more accident

prone and as new

production procedures are more likely to create accidents what measure does

Government propose to take to ensure that machine operators will receive

proper on-the-job training?

Commissioner for Labour : The Inspectorate does all it can to encourage

employers to give adequate training to all operatives but ultimately this is

a matter for the individual employer.
