Sir, has the District Board been informed of this coordinating arrangement

and does this include pavements ?

Sir, I am of the belief that the District

Boards are aware of the Coordinating Committee arrangements. As regard to the

second part of the question, yes, openings in the pavements are covered by the

terms of reference of the Coordinating Yommittee.
