A BILL

To

Amend the Hong Kong Industrial Estates Corporation

Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

Short title and

commencement.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hong Kong

Industrial Estates Corporation (Amendment) Ordinance

1985 and shall come into operation on a day to be

appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.

Amendment of section 7. (Cap. 209.)

Section 7(1) of the principal Ordinance is

(a) by inserting at the end of paragraph (b)

the following

"and";

by deleting paragraphs (c) and (d) and

substituting the following

"(c) 7 members appointed by the

Governor, not more than 4 of

whom shall be public officers.".
