The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:

(a) that

the

Public

Finance

(Amendment) Bill 1985,

at Annex

A to the memorandum,

should be

introduced

into the Legislative

Council

after

the

Chinese

(b)

authorities have been informed;

that the Audit (Amendment) Bill

1985, at Annex C to the

memorandum,

should be introduced

into the Legislative Council; and

(c) that the draft resolution in

respect of the

Capital Works

Reserve Fund, at Annex B to the

memorandum, should be moved · in

the Legislative Council.
