The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:

that in accordance with the

Banking Ordinance and the policy

adopted on 19 May 1981, a

licence, to be subject to the

conditions set out in paragraphs

2(b) and 10 of the memorandum,

should be granted under section

7 of the Ordinance to The Yasuda

Trust and Banking Company

Limited.
