The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:

(a) under section 125(10) of the

Public Health and Urban Services

Ordinance, that the petitions of

Mr

LEE Pun-tuk, Mr

FAN

Chung-leung, and Madam HUI

Yuk-chun, should be rejected;

(b) that

reasonable

sites for Fixed

alternative

Pitched wall

stalls should be offered to the

petitioners; and

(c) that the Urban Council should be

asked to examine both the

Chinese and English versions of

letters issued to licensees to

ensure that they were consistent

and that they gave a clear

statement of what was being

granted.
