AMENDMENTS TO THE ELECTORAL Provisions (Procedure) Regulations
1.
Regulation 3 is amended—
(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "and" at the end;
(b) by inserting after paragraph (a) the following—
"(aa) January 1986 and January of every third year thereafter in the case
of a Regional Council ordinary election; and"; and
(c) in paragraph (i) by inserting after "Council" the following-
", the Regional Council".
