Mr Stuart Wilkinson, MBE, J?

Aged 57. Appointed as Deputy Director of

Broadcasting, on secondment from the British Broadcasting

Corporation, in November 1379. He took over as Director

of Broadcasting in April 1992.

Miss CHEUNG Man-yee

Aged 38. Joined the civil service in March

1972 as a Programme Officer, and was promoted to the

rank of Deputy Director of Broadcasting in July 1984.

Since September 1983 she has been on secondment to the Information Services Department, first as Assistant

Director, then as Deputy Director, and finally as

Aged 42. Joined the civil service in July

1964, and was promoted to be an Administrative Officer

Staff Grade C in August 1978 He subsequently left

Goverment in 1979 to work in the private sector, rejoined

the public service in 1990, and was promoted to his present

rank of Administrative Officer Staff Grade B in July 1983.

He served in a variety of posts. including those of Private Secretary to the Governor and Deputy Director of Trade,

prior to his present appointment as Deputy Secretary (General
