Dear Yony,

4 December 1984

Hong Kong: Claim for Payment of Fee and Incidental

Travelling Expenses.

I

Further to my letter of 19 November last, am now writing to make my final claim for payment of fees for the period from 20 November inclusive. I also need to claim incidental travelling

29 November expenses, but I have not got a copy of Form XC(0)14 with me,

so that I hope that the Foreign and Common- wealth Office will be ready to make payment on the basis of the information below:

a) Cost of car hire to pick me up at Heathrow

on 28 November

-

£34.50.

b) Cost of First Class railway fare from Oxford to Paddington and back 29 November - £19.00.

TOTAL

£53.50.

May I take this opportunity to express my apprecia- tion for all the trouble which you, Jane-Anne Klowack, and people in Hong Kong (to whom I wrote before

I left) took to ensure that I was as well looked after as possible during the time of my assignment in Hong Kong? I am most grateful.

A.C. Galsworthy Esq.,

yours smicerity, Patrick Jraine
