Can you also be kind enough to confirm that, as the FCO have requested, the courier taking the Assessment Office report to London will also be able to take the signed copy of the Monitoring Team's report ?

Perhaps we might have an early word if you see any difficulty about these arrangements ? I am in the office all today and until 10:30 tomorrow, Saturday; but I plan to be away from Hong Kong for the whole of the working day of Monday.
