Claim for Payment of Fee

I am now writing in accordance with paragraph 6 of Mr. Morris's letter of 17 September 1984 to submit my claim for fees for the period 25 September 15 October. I confirm that the fee payments should be made (after deduction of income tax and national insurance) into my account (G1581724) at Lloyd Bank PLC, 6 Pall Mall, London SW1.

I must also claim for incidental travel expenses, covering railway fare and taxi, between Oxford and London to the amount of £12.30. Form XF (0)14 attached.

I hope that this letter will enable the Personnel Policy Department to arrange payment into my account with the minimum delay and to advise me accordingly.
