Views on the Agreement will be received by
the Assessment Office:
(a) in writing from individuals or
organisations. All written sub-
missions will be recorded and
acknowledged and will be treated as
confidential unless the organisations
choose to publicise them. The originals
will, however, be kept on record and
will be available for scrutiny by the
monitors and Members of Parliament.
Anonymous and dubious submissions will
not normally be taken into consideration
but will be placed in a separate category
for special consideration at a senior
level and for scrutiny by the monitors.
(b) editorials, reports and letters in the
print media will be summarised by GIS
and the summaries sent to this office.
The same will apply to views expressed
and reported by the electronic media;
(c) Government departments, in particular
the CNTA will be required to provide
written reports to the office on feedback
