Overseas Member of the Monitoring Team

I refer to paragraph 6 of the letter of

of your appointment are set out below.

Terms of Engagement

The period of your engagement will

be from (? 27th September 1984 until ?

15th November 1984) or such other period

as may be mutually agreed between yourself

and the Hong Kong Government.

Fee

The fee will be HK$43,500 per month*

payable in Hong Kong dollars. This amount

will be taxable in Hong Kong.

In addition a subsistence allowance of

HK$300 per day will be payable whilst you

are staying in hotel accommodation in

Hong Kong.

Passages

First class air passages Hong Kong/

London/Hong Kong for yourself and your

wife if she travels with you will be

provided. If your wife travels alone to

visit you she will be provided with a

club class return passage.
