account earlier minuting on our draft outline;

have to be modified and added to in the light of debate);

In preparing these drafts we have followed the division of topics proposed in my submission of 10 May. Each of the points
which have been identified for treatment has been dealt with
either in the opening speech, in the winding-up speech or in
the Notes for Supplementaries. We are also preparing a further selection of Notes for Supplementaries to cover a wide range of other contingencies.
