That Southern District residents are most concerned about is whether their livelihood will be improved. It is hoped that the Chinese and British governments would consider their wishes. Under the premise of maintaining Hong Kong's prosperity and stability, it is hoped an agreement can be achieved which is acceptable and beneficial to all Parties concerned.
