At his meeting on 12 March Mr Luce suggested that Sir A Kershaw MP should be warned in advance that the Secretary of State's statement to the Committee would not be very full. I have spoken to Mr Ricketts about this. He will speak to Mr Renton, the Secretary of State's PPS.
