13. NEWSPAPERS AND COI BULLETINS
a) Conference and Visits Section have arranged with the
Newspapers and Publishers Association for supplies of British newspapers to be sent to the party during the course of the tour.

The COI Press Summary will be telexed each day of the tour to the posts concerned.
14. PRESS

A suite has been reserved in hotels in both Hong Kong and Peking to enable the Head of News Department to give informal press briefings.
The press party will be responsible for the payment of their own hotel bills. The cost of their ground transport is covered in the all-inclusive charge for their travel.
15. OFFICE MACHINERY AND STATIONERY
a) Portable typewriters will be taken by the Personal
Assistants to work on the VC10.
b)
Electric typewriters, a photocopier and common-user stationery will be provided in each Private Office. A typewriter and common-user stationery will be supplied in the suite of the Head of News Department for use by his Personal Assistant.
c) Any special headed stationery will be brought out by
Personal Assistants.
