It was very good to meet you again earlier this month when I was in Hong Kong, so many years after Mrs Shih had first introduced me you as one of her language students. I found it very helpful to learn from Mr Spencer and yourself of the role which the Urban Council plays in Hong Kong's life. The performance of the Washington Ballet was a fine example of the high artistic standards which have been fostered in Hong Kong by Urbco.
I hope we shall have a chance to meet when I am again in Hong Kong.
