The party will be administered by Miss S M Waghorn of Conference and Visits Section, Protocol Department, FCO, in conjunction with the British Embassies in Peking, Tokyo and Seoul, and Government House, Hong Kong.

She will travel in advance of the official party meeting up with them in Peking and then travelling with them.
