AN ORDINANCE

to determine and regulate the privileges and immunities of the Legislative Council and its members in regard to freedom of speech and related matters.

Enacted by the Governor of St.

Helena and its consent of the

Dependencies with the advice and Legislative Council of St. Helena.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the St. Helena Short title. Legislative Council Proceedings (Privileges and Immu-

nities) Ordinance 1974.

2. In this Ordinance-

"Council" means the Legislative Council of St. Helena;
