Bearing in mind the numbers of representatives it is proposed should be elected by functional constituencies in 1985 (6) and 1988 (12), and that some constituencies may perhaps be asked to elect more than one representative, there is not much scope for many new constituencies to be added to this list. However, there may be some other sectors of the community which are sufficiently large and important to justify consideration, e.g. other professions, traditional organisations, women's organisations, etc.
