a) Tel Pra 1: line 3: change "agreement" to "understanding" (twice)

b) Tel Para 1: add following as last sentence in para : "A formal introduction and Conclusion will be required. We will advise once the format of the document has been decided.

c) delete para 4 of draft understanding.
