Amendment Proposed

by inserting after subsection (11) the

following subsection

"(12) Any document purporting to be

certified by the Commissioner as a true

copy of any accounts, being accounts of

the nature referred to in subsection (3),

shall be admissible in evidence in any

proceedings arising out of a contravention

or alleged contravention of this section

as truth of the matters stated in those

accounts.".".

That clause 11 be amended

(a) by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph (d)

and substituting a semicolon;

(b) by adding the following paragraphs after paragraph (d) ·

"(e) in subsection (7) by deleting "private

company" and substituting the following

"non-listed company";

in subsection (8) by deleting "or (2)"

and substituting the following -

"(2) or (3A)".".
