The Secretary of State has seen a copy of your minute of 19 October to PS/Mr Luce. He has asked that you should note the interest in the subject of Roger Sims MP and Bill Benyon MP. Mr Sims mentioned this to him at the Japan Society Dinner on 19 October, and it is possible that both may come in to see the Secretary of State soon. I understand that they were in the Far East recently.
