In the circumstances, attendance will be by the Assistant Commissioner, Headquarters and the head of our Liaison Division with their respective spouse. It should be noted that in any case, the Commissioner has a prior engagement.

Doubtless, there will be invitations to other "National Day" celebrations, not just in London but also elsewhere in UK. We will in due course report any aspects of significance.
