The next edition has not yet reached page proof stage and it is likely to be mid-August before proofs He would be happy have been agreed with the authors. to let you have a copy at that stago. He expects the edition to be distributed in early September and is arranging Hong Kong distribution through SCMP. usual print number of 3,250 copies is to be increased by a further 1,250. HK UPGC has already ordered 25 copies and he wonders whether HKG would give him an idea of numbers required. Some interest has already been expressed from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
